Hooligans associated to be supporters with the All Progressives Congress in Lagos have upset the discretionary procedure in Ago royal residence way, Okota territory of Lagos.
As indicated by an observer, the hooligans upset casting a ballot procedure at PU 035 and 036 Junction of Adeneken St./Alh. Olusesi road and the Booth along Adeneken Street/Olusesi separately.
