Kanye West has supposedly documented a claim against his previous companion Jay-Z's Roc-A-Fella Records and EMI Publishing over unpaid distributing eminences.

In his second claim with EMI Publishing, Kanye claims that in 2003, preceding his presentation collection College Dropout was discharged in 2004, he marked an agreement with them that would enable him to deliver melodies for different specialists.
Kanye likewise asserts that he'd composed more than 200 songs before the end of 2011 and that he gave those melodies to EMI before they had a dispute. He's requesting that a judge hands the rights back to him, probably to gather eminences.
